Replace and Refund policy

The Company is a user friendly and reliant portal. The company follows ease of return and refund policy.

Any product purchased from the website or mobile application can be returned at the time of delivery and the value of the said item will be reduced from the customer bill there itself.

In case of a latent defect identified by the user, as a special case, a return and refund claim can be entertained by the company, provided the same is reported by the customer within a period of One week from the date of delivery at the company’s customer care.

The above will not be applicable on the following items as they fall within the ambit of perishable products.
